(8 August, 2010 – Hong Kong) – Natural Products Expo Asia produced by New Hope Natural Media is pleased to announce the unprecedented participation of The Amita Institute for Cognitum Engineering and The Psycheprimus Institute for Cognitum Engineering Research (Amita/PICER) in the upcoming expo, August 26-28, 2010 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The Amita Institute began in Year 2000 as a privately funded research organization and its service used to be exclusive to selected individuals mainly in Western Europe, Northern America and Hong Kong. The Institute is based in Hong Kong but the research and development team has been spending much of its time in Japan in recent months.

“ We have never recruited any staff. In fact we don’t have any staff, we only have “Workers”, remarks David Lau, the founder, “Yes, with a capital “W”, he confirms. All these “ Workers “have been clients in the past and benefited one way or another, be it in their physical welling being, psychological state, financial status, their relationship from using the services, products and by participating in the educational programs of the Institute.

With the increased number of these “Workers”, there have been marked changes in the mode of operation of the Institute since the formation of PICER (Amita’s trading arm) in 2009. Instead of catering to a selected few in the past; the Institute has been reaching out to more. According to their spokesman, “ We hope we can meet up with our future business partners in the coming NPEA so that our technical expertise can be synergized with their business networks and manufacturing expertise.”

In terms of the vision and mission of the Institute, perhaps it can not be better put than this summary by the founder himself:
“ While Amita is spear-heading the research for the technological advances in the techniques used to help bring about an awareness of achieving Peace and Oneness in the social context, PICER is responsible for the positioning and marketing of the tools necessitated in spreading this innovative approach to the general public in realizing this vision so as to make the related products financially viable and readily available to all parts of the world. Unlike medicine and surgery, the Amita/PICER products are designed to alter physical and psychological states. They are free from chemicals, drugs, magnetism and placebo effect. They are based on just knowledge, knowledge in “ Life Mechanics (TM) and Cognitum Engineering (TM).”
